Cosmico aims to connect the best talents on the digital scene with the biggest national and international brands. We took care of the UI / UX design of the new landing page and of the application system for talents who want to undertake a new professional experience in the digital world together with Cosmico.
We wanted to give the new landing page a whole new and engaging look. We imagined an animated opening introduction that would take the user to the "Cosmico galaxy". The entire page presents scrolling animations and illustrations that guide the user to discover the advantages and the working methodology of Cosmico.

Application wizard
On the new portal, the application process is developed in a few simple steps: from entering your name and email address to reporting your skills and field of work, to finish with the upload of the curriculum.
We imagined this experience as a take-off, from the earth to deep space by designing the entire form with illustrations that accompany the user during the process.
Personality Test
In the last step, each candidate finally receives a personality test to fill out, which is used by the Cosmico team to profile all the talents in the best way, so as to create the right match with companies and projects.
